Tim carries out a wide range of commissions for a prestigious portfolio of clients, specialising in presentation addresses, rolls of honour, books of donors and family trees. Samples of some of the scripts he uses regularly are shown in three close-up images. bellringers calligraphy
Foundational is a clear, Roman type of round-hand script, based on early medieval styles.

The Bâtarde script, also known as Gothic cursive, is based on 15th century medieval models.
Tim was commissioned to design lettering, a crown and other motifs as part of the Fortnum and Mason Coronation product range in 2023.
